Shipping
Most orders ship within 5 to 7 business days of purchase. Shipping times may vary due to availability of merchandise. Orders are not shipped on holidays.
Standard Shipping - takes 5 to 7 business days. Items are shipped out via first class mail.
International Shipping- takes 10 to 14 business days.
International shipping charges will be determined based on shipping destination.

RETURN POLICY
We are pleased to accept EXCHANGES ONLY of any unworn items, with the tags attached and accompanied by a receipt. We are pleased to offer exchange or store credit within 7 days of receiving item or confirmed delivery. Top level Boutique reserves the right to refuse an item if it looks damaged, worn, or not in its original condition of purchase.
